Well I'm going to buy a new psu since the one that came with my case is a generic thing.

I don't want to spend much so the two that I am thinking about is either the

SPARKLE 350 WATTS FSP350-60BTS http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimag [...] 420-02.JPG

or the

Raidmax 400watt http://www.heatsinkstore.com/raid40powsup.html

which one is better?

Between those two, I'd pick Sparkle, but I prefer Enermax.

Sparkle is the best between those two.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on :eek:

If not that Sparkle then its twin, the 350W Fortron from Directron. Either is much better than the 400W Raidmax and maybe even more powerful and probably better than even Enermax. If you want the quietest supply, look into the Fortron/Sparkle with the single 120mm fan on top.
