Win 7, 64 bit running Office 2010

programs can generally run in either a 32 or 64bit enviornment unless they are extremely specialized (like Adobe Premiere which requires a 64bit OS).

Driver and hardware are what need to be 64bit or 32bit to work with the OS that you have.

In short; yes, Office 2010 works wonderfully on win7 64bit or 32bit.

Make sure to install the x64 version if you're running it in Win7 64-bit. Big difference in excel when you have plug-ins that are optimized for a 64-bit OS.

I am stuck with 07 until we upgrade our Exchange server environment - :0(

Thanks to everyone, I had to uninstall Office 2003 first to install Office 2010 successfully.
It works just great... with the Win 7, 64 bit.http://img.tomshardware.com/forum/uk/icones/smilies/wahoo.gif
