Not a lot of NCAA Football discussion here (yes, I know it's a PC
newsgroup, but we usually chat anyway).

So, if you're interested on impressions (hello Xbox slowdown on running
plays), discussion (best slider settings), or anything else, head over
to the blog for the sports gamer. Warning: May Contain Political-like
substance as well.

The magic URL is:

I'm one of the crazys that don't see any slowdown. The game has been slowed
downed, but I don't see the slowdown, like frame drops or something like
that.

Ditto. I think everyone is so used to the frantic pace of arcadish ESPN
football and they aren't used to the more methodical pace of NCAA yet.

Same thing here, even running it at 480p widescreen (looks GREAT!) with
DD 5.1 turned on. I've been called a liar by some stupid morons
(probably some of the rabid anti-EA ESPN fanbois) for saying it.

Hey Jon long time no talkie...have seen some of the new cool animations? I'm
not sure if it was in last years game, but the QB was about to throw the
ball at the same time a defender was going to sack him, the QB tried to tuck
the ball in and fumbled it into the end zone for a defense TD...kewl!
