was 256mb corsair pc3200 now 512mb with the same corsair + 1 kingston pc2700
AthlonXP 1800+
350w power supply
4 case fans (1 back intake near processor, 1 blowhole, others near bottom one 120mm blowing on vid card)
GeForce DDR 32mb
The problem is that in some games (mechcommander 2 and Jedi Outcast sometimes)my computer freezes where no keyboard commands work no sound or screen updates, except for mouse.
There is no interaction between the mouse and the game just the ability to move it.
This happened more often with the 1 stick than two.
It occurs in mech.. around half an hour after starting to play, with 2 sticks around 45 min.
Could it be that part of the corsair is bad and it just takes longer to use teh certain part that is bad with another stick available.
