Authentication problem

Hi,
I am using android ics while im connecting to to wifi its getting authentication problem, will u please help me out.

There is sometimes confusion over connecting an Android device to share its own connection with another device as opposed to connecting the Android to another system's wireless network. If you're trying the former, have you set the Android to USB Tethering but if you're trying to do the latter, have you told the Android the router's wireless security key?
