Thanks to my RL2000 going crazy and shutting on and off by itself, I am
getting "upgraded" to the RL4920. But before I take delivery of this phone
I wanted to know some, if any, drawbacks of it. Anyone have anything they
can tell me about it?

Reply address is fake. Please send all praise, abuse, insults, bequests of
$1million US dollars to sensfan_luvslisa (at) yahoo (dot) ca. Change the
obvious to the obvious. Oh, and if you must abuse or insult, don't expect a
reply. Money gets faster attention ;o)

Don't know anything about the RL2000, but we recently purchased an RL 4920
and are quite happy. Good sound, internal voice dialing. We don't use RL, so
can't comment on that feature.

Awful speaker compared to Sanyo 4900 -- lots of distortion at all but
the lowest volumes, perhaps actually coming from vibration of the area
surrounding the speaker. I returned my RL4920 because the speaker is
a priority for me. I tested another unit to make sure it wasn't just
mine that had that problem. Ironically, the default power-on music
comes through the speaker with complete clarity...but voice is a
different story.

Otherwise, it's a killer phone in just about every way, as long as you
don't mind a pretty small form factor and small display.

In news:tmdbg051nc4crbn0a9kj339d0746u63h2t@4ax.com, Willa Jabir
<SpamNotAllow@spam.net> first attempted to communicate with pen, but the
writing was small, so next used sidewalk chalk, but the rain washed it away,
and then switched to spray paint and stencils but the cans exploded, so
placed fingers to keyboard for this:

Not as rugged. Otherwise, better all the way around.
