HP Windows 7 professional is giving error code 43 for Bluetooth

Hello,
While connecting with my Samsung Galaxy handset via bluetooth it is giving me error code 43. My system has been upgraded from Home basic to Professional recently and since then the blue tooth is not funtioning.

You'll need to make sure both devices are set up to pair correctly. Since you upgraded from one version of Windows to another, I'm willing to bet you'll need to set up the device pairing all over again.
