TV Out Card?

I'm looking for something that will output video from the computer to the TV. The only thing I need it for is to output video onto the TV. My video card doesn't have that ability and I'm not looking for a new video card, just something to output video. Can you recommend a product that would do that?

No such animal. You could buy a TV converter box, which is an external device that cost from $50 to $200.
