Any way to lock taskbar in Win2000?

I know in WinXP there is an option to lock the taskbar so it won't get moved by accident. I searched yahoo and tried the registry hack that I found in the 1st search result but it didn't work. Is it possible to enable that in Win2000? Thanks in advance.

I haven't heard of any option. New option in Windows XP.
