Kevin, as for the rebate requirements, if you decide to go with a Vision
phone, SPCS offers Vision free for the first two months. You can cancel that
option on your plan right before the two months are up, and still qualify
for the rebate.

As for clamshell phones without Vision, I believe there is only one model
offered by SPCS, Moto V60. Oh, by the by, the 4920 is not a clam shell
designed phone.

I must say I absolutely adore my A660. Safety is one of my concerns, and
this phone has the most advanced voice-dial features of any phone I've seen
to date. Digit dial and name dial are both available; the name dial will dial
out of the phonebook without you having to set up a voice dial entry. Samsung
claims no voice training is required, and my experience has been that the
A660 works well without training. If the phone doesn't understand exactly
what you say, you can set it to offer several choices (for example, if it
is not sure which phone number you wanted to digit dial, it'll read three
choices back to you and allow you to choose one by voice or by keypad. If
you choose a phonebook entry, and there's more than one phone number
associated with it, it'll ask you whether you want home, work, mobile, etc.)

I have my phone set to pop up the Voice menu when I open the flip, and to
hang up when I close the flip, so in most cases I never have to touch the
keypad when I initiate or hang up a call.

You can also auto-answer a call upon opening the flip, but since the phone
doesn't have an external phone number display, I don't use the feature as I
want to know who's calling before I answer.

Aside from the voice dial features, the 660 seems to be a solid little phone.
I like it a lot. (But I specifically bought it for the voice dial features.

It's marketed by Sprint as the VI-660 because it's a Vision phone.
