Hello, This laptop originally worked fine with Windows Vista. Then clean install of Windows 7 Premium was made. Initially everything worked fine, then for some reason the built-in wifi stopped working. I went to HP's web site to see if perhaps I needed to download and reinstall the drivers for the wifi. The problem remains unchanged. will appreciate input. Thanks

You actually FOUND some genuine Windows 7 drivers for the wifi ???

Thats a very old lappy for that ??
