Voice Mail - 2 to page

Greetings,

When leaving a SPCS voice mail, and choosing the "2-to page" option...does that generate
an SMS message?

I have a Treo 600, and it seems that the receipt of these pages is delayed compared to my
trusty old Sanyo 4900.

I'm using Treo600 Connection Manager (http://tinyurl.com/6ws9t). I wonder if it's the
culprit. Hence, my question about the "2-to page" option generating SMS messages.
