Hey iceclock. I've used dozens of TP-Link TL-WN722N USB wireless adapters in a variety of locations and they always work well. They are plug and play on Windows 7 and can be moved to other machines if not in use at the time. They have a large antenna and seem to really pick up a signal much better than the little micro sized USB plug adapters. They are far less hassle than PCI/PCIe for wireless since they don't need drivers, and they work as well or better.
