My wife and I share a plan. I'm the main holder so I can go to the site and
enter my number/password and get my info. However, I can't see my wife's
usage. Why is that? I can't log in as her (I don't think she even has a
password) so where is HER usage?

Look for a drop-down box that will contain both numbers. It's
easy to overlook.

After you log in and see your usage, there should be a drop down box near
the top of the screen where you can select the second line's phone number.
