Raid 5 failiure

Hi have raid 5 set up , on a ASUS P5K WS motherboard using matrx storage manager .
Just copied eveything on to it , now a hard drive has failed.
Ok got new hard drive but its seen as none Raid and raid shownig as failure ?

Is this in the Raid Utility that flashes up before windows starts?

Yes have to Ctrl I

Can you go in to disk management in windows and right click on the NEW disk and select Repair Volume. You may have to initialise the new disk and make it dynamic . Just make sure you do it on the right drive!
