FYI, in case anyone might be interested. I did have a different retention
deal for myself and DH, but had been out of our contract for the last year.
I had 650 anytime/1000 N&W/500 PCS for 35.99 and DH had 1000/2000/500 for
53.25 with nights starting at 8 pm. We had another account under DH's name
for son with the 1000 anytime and unlimited N&W and free PCS for 45.00 with
nights at 9 pm. So I was paying 134.24 for all 3 plans plus applicable
taxes. I went back and tracked our usage for the last year and together DH
and I were averaging about 800 anytime a month. Son wasn't using the 1000
minutes either. So I combined the 2 accounts into a family plan and cut my
costs down to the 80.00 plus a 15% corporate discount. When I originally
called to cancel I asked if Sprint could match the deal that AT&T was
advertising which was 1250 minutes. I also told them I had already been
approved by AT&T for the accounts and I would have received 3 new phones in
the process. Here's what she offered me:

$80.00 -

3 Lines

1500 Anytime

Unlimited N/W

Free PCS to PCS

Nights begin 7 pm

Free Nationwide Long Distance

Free phone for the 3rd line I added to my account (Samsung VI660)

150.00 upgrade credit each (300.00 total) for my phone and DH's phone

No, I don't subscribe to Vision on any of the phones. But the new phone I
received is a Vision phone. The Sprint rep said I didn't need to subscribe
to a Vision plan.
