Can any body provide a solution to the Problem I hv UMAX Astra 5600 scanner. I want a driver for my Windows 7 OS. Can any body provide...

only way you will do this is to either find some new software that claims to support old scanners in windows 7 and give it a shot or perhaps try installing a Virtual machine with XP on it and then install the scanner under that. Don't get me wrong this would be less than ideal but the truth is that its a very old scanner and is not and will never be supported in windows 7 officially and so may be your only option.

There is no Windows 7 driver for the Astra 5600. The manufacturer's decided not to bother providing Windows 7 support for that model because having new drivers written for old equipment costs them money, and they would rather spend that money on supporting their new scanners.

You can try Vuescan and then buy it if it works with your scanner:
