1 WD 40g 2 meg and 1 WD 160g 8 meg cache

My question is which one to use for the operation system? Should I use the 40gig 2 meg cache as the main drive with the 160 gig as backup or vise versa? Thanks

You always want to use the faster one for the operating system and the slower one for backup (because you'll be using it less). Therefore use the 40GB hard drive for backup and the 160GB hard drive for the OS and the files you use often.

I agree with AMD man.
I would also partition the 160 into at least 3 partitions:
10 - 15 gig for OS and other windows progs i.e. word processing.
2 - 3 gig for the swap file - put nothing else on this partition.
the rest as one drive or split it up for games and such.
