Samsung r580 bluetooth no longer in device manager

I've had this computer for a few years now and have never had a problem using the bluetooth to connect to my phone until now. When I tried to first open BTTray.exe I got an error and while trying to fix that I noticed that my bluetooth chip was no longer in my device manager, any ideas on how to fix this?

you could try doing windows restore to a date when it was working previously.
