Flip phone with standard mini-B USB cable?

I need to replace my (now) very big and heavy samsung phone. I'm
having trouble finding what I want. It probably doesn't exist!

They key thing that's hard (impossible) to find is a phone that uses a
standard mini-B USB connector for both sync and charge. I'd like to
leave my charger at home, I like to simplify my cable connection, and
I'd like to backup my directory (ideally I'd like to sync with
Outlook, but I think that's a dream too far for today's vendors).

Of course I also want a phone that's:

1. waist wearable (flip phone, very small, very good cradle)
2. dual band tri mode
3. robust and useable with strong software (eg. Nokia quality phone
OS)
4. standard audio 2.5 mm mini-jack
5. USB mini-B standard connector for sync and charge

On the other hand I don't care about

1. camera
2. video
3. bluetooth
4. PDA (these are too big for me, I'll stay with my TJ-27. Maybe a
future TREO.)
and PDA like software.
5. java
6. games
7. sms
8. web browsing, email, etc.
9. colors
10. ring tones
11. about a million other things vendors want to sell me ...

Any tips?
