Winbond vs corsair

Which is better in terms of performance? (non-overclocking only) i see these winbond ads stating that theirs is the choice of overclockers but, I'm not overclocking, so which one is more suited for performance?

KO it's setteled corsair in king, but how about this.. currently I have a pc2100 512mb, when i get a motherboard to support ddr400, shoild i keep my pc2100 and have 1 gig of memory or is it more effeicent to get rid of my pc2100 and just stick with my ddr400

to run the 2 different speed sticks together you would have to run them both at 266. So you would not be getting any advantage of the DDR400. OTOH, if you had an app that needed a lot of RAM but not a lot of speed it would help. My opinion is to go with one 512 stick of DDR400
