HELP! Video Won't Play, Only Audio!

For some reason, video files [all types] will refuse to play and it will revert to audio only. When I close firefox and run CCleaner though, the video will work again for a short amount of time before reverting back to audio only. Any ideas? Thanks.

Stop putting CC Cleaner and other free downloads in your computer. You will probably just make it worse.
