Hi Brett,
prompted by your reaction, I put the subject into Google translate, and it turns out that our friend wants to *remove* his driver, not install it. So I got it wrong this time, actually ;-)

I do read cyrillic, by the way, but I can't remember too much of the vocabulary and grammar that was taught to us (twenty years ago everybody must have learned Russian as a foreign language for five years in elementary schools around here, Hungary). Oh the glory days

So...
what should we suggest to our esteemed colleague to be able to remove that friggin driver?
