Router will not connect to internet...the wireless light won't come on but we have the other lights on...what do I do?

Go into the router's configuration utility and make sure that wireless function is enabled. The router setup guide should explain how to get into the router's configuration utility with a web browser, or go the support area of the manufacturer's website.
