Ram recommendations

Planning to build system with Intel 2.53 with GA-8SQ800 motherboard. I'm thinking of buying Ram with the following choices:
2 x 512mb 2700 Generic brand ($120)
1 x 512mb 3200 Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Serie($140)
2 x CORSAIR MEMORY 512MB PC2700 VALUE SELECT. DDR RAM - OEM
184-Pin, CAS2.5-Unbuffered 64x64 ($150)

Just wondering what you experts might recommend, if you were buying ram for the motherboard and cpu I've selected.

Don't waste your money on generic memory. I got 2x256 PC2700 Crucial for about $95 recently.

1)I plan on running Windows XP Home
2)No, I don't really plan on upgrading to another MB for a while (1-2 yrs).
Other specs : radeon 9500 pro 128, 120 WD 7200rpm HD, 2 cdrws, 350w -400w case, & no plans to overclock anything.
Since I've just found out the MB supports dual ddr (2100, 2700, 3200), I'll definetely buy the dimms in pairs.
Since it supports 3200 ram, I also considering going 2 x 256mb 3200 name brand memory ($150).
