My monitor screen have like two lines one on near the top of the screen and one near the bottom. and these lines keep flickering non stop from when i turn on my comp to when i close it. and these two lines sometimes move too. what is wrong. there like transparent line. is my monitor busted?

thats something wrong with the electron tube - so many things can go wrong with 'em (polarity, shielding, etc etc etc)... if you've still got a warrantee on it have it RMA'd
