I just got rid of my Tech 21 because I bought a Vox AD30VT. It also
comes in an AD50VT which is comparable to the Tech TM60. Here's a link.
Good luck. http://www.voxamps.co.uk/products/ [...] ad30vt.htm

Well, not entirely. I have a couple of Pearce guitar amps
that I'm completely enthralled with; I don't use anything
else. However, Dan Pearce went out of business a few years
back (okay, over a decade at least), so you have to hunt for
them to find them. It's worth the hunt, IMO. Very smooth
distortion, and the fact that the semiparamteric midrange
comes before the distortion circuit lets you adjust the
character of the distortion to just the way you want it.
I wish he could've stayed in business. He was making a
great product, and I can't imagine what his company would be
making today. I get a LOT of compliments on my tone, and a
lot of raised eyebrows when they discover thar ain't no
tubes in that thing.

I have a Tech 21 Trademark 10 I've been continuously happy with.

If you go with a Vox AD50VT (or one of it's smaller brethren) make
sure you play it first. The one I played through had a lot of noise
in the preamp, no matter which 'voice' was selected. Keep an ear out
for it.
