Okay, Here's my issue. I have a 5 speaker set. 4 satelites and 1 subwoofer.I plug in the front and year speaker cords into the audigy gamer card. My subwoofer goes from my sound box only. No wire for the card. Now. To get a mic working I bought a 10 dollar convertor. It can make you phone headset into a microphone. you can turn your speakers on and off (if you plug it into the device first). You can turn mic on and off. And it has a plug for headphones. I plug the device cord into a splitter. It takes 2 cords and plugs it into the one plug in the audigy sound card (front audio). Now when I use my phone headset as a microphone In a game called counterstrike everyone tells me my voice is glitchy. (it skips. You hear some parts and others are lost). It was totally perfect before. I disabled my onboard audio in device manager and bios AND reinstalled audigy gamer and updated the driver. I need to find out what settings could be corrupting my microphone input.Thank you very much I appreciate it. Mullen1100@hotmail.com
