Dell Compatible RDRAM

I'm hearing about some compatibility issues with some brands of RDRAM and Dell computers. (I know it must be ECC) Dell's price is outrageous. Any other suggestions?

Haven't tried anything yet, didn't want to waste my time on RMA's but I'll try Samsung. In fact, I checked at pricewatch and it goes for a mere $85 for 512 at newegg.com
