Well ... You could try eBay.
But it took me ages to get a sensible scope at a sensible price. I did get
what I wanted eventually though :-)
Scope probes never seem to be included with scopes these days. eBay prices
for probes are stupidly high. I found a company that supplies them at
around one third of the typical eBay winning bid price, so be careful.
I suspect you'll want to buy the KV probe from somewhere that you trust. I
wouldn't buy KV stuff from eBay!
Or just buy the stuff new from the usual suppliers!

I might suggest that the best place to buy a good
used scope is at an amateur radio "hamfest".
Any larger fest will have several test instrument
dealers with stuff set up so you can try it out
and the hams are always trading in various types
of test gear. I got my Tektronix 2215 60mHz scope
for under $300 and he included a new 10x probe.
This was at the large Huntsville, Al fest.
