NBA Live (PC) Can't Change Resolution

Does anyone else have this problem?

The "In-Game Resolution" is blank and I can't change it. All the other
options are available and work, just not the resolution.

I am running the latest Nvidia Drivers. I do not have any other problems
with other games running at other resolutions.

Any ideas?

BTW- I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the game. I also deleted
the folder in the my docs.
