Akasa Absorbtion Mat

I just brought this absorbtion mat by akasa, I'm starting to wonder was this an good investment..does it eally work? I did not install it yet because I'm waiting for my case to come, I was reading the instructions and It say don'y cover up the vent holes but the case has those little holes on the side, should I cover em? or not. It has fan grillls 2 in the back and one in the front and I also have that fan blower thingie

well you dont want to cover up the airholes... otherwise the fans cant work properly and the heat cant get out.

I personally, and a number of website reviews see sound adsorbtion material as a waste of time mostly.
Sound its still going to get out the airholes remember.
The better thing to do is use better/quieter fans.

OK SO CAN YOU reccomend some quiter/better or better/quiter fans?

Panaflo or Pabst @ 2000rpm. As close as you can get to silent.
