Router problems. Can connect to net. Cant ping router. ect............

Hi here it goes.

I have a wireless belkin router. model f5d7230-4.

My connection is Cable -> Modem -> Router -> Pc

I cannot access the router via browser on my pc. Its access ip is 192.168.2.1.
I cannot ping 192.168.2.1.
cmd -> ipconfig /all shows default gateway : 184.57.224.1
I can ping 184.57.224.1
184.57.224.1 does not bring up the router config page either.

If i tracert my MODEM (192.168.100.1) its 1 hop.

Its like my router does not exist !!! so wierd right?

Now.
I can connect and access the router from a wifi laptop via 192.168.2.1 to bring up the routers config page.
BUT I cannot connect to the internet. Ive tried manually setting an ip address and using the same subnet/gateway/dns servers as my Lan connected pc but it doesn't work.

Help is appreciated, Hit me with any/all questions and i will try and answer all i can, please help me fix this ! Thank you, John
