Windows 7 OEM install

Hey all,
So I just got the Win7 oem disks for my new build today so I threw them into my system hoping to install it, but when I boot from it all that comes up is command prompt.
It just sits there waiting for me to type something in, and I have no idea what to do now.
Anyone know what I should do?

Ah never mind, I just found the problem. The ctrl key was being pushed down while booting.
Man sometimes I'm an idiot.
