Access denied

I have net worked my two PC's at the house with XPHome. One noght it worked fine three nights later it tells me when I tried to move files frone one pc to anothert " Access denied,make sure that the disk is not full or write protected or the file is not i use. The disk is not full or write proted or in use. Could some one give me some hints . I ahve checked every where I could on XP.Thanks Bruce

Are you using software firewall protection?
If so you will need to check those settings.

What kind of files, sometimes it's a pain in the butt to trackdown what is holding on to a file. Just make sure nothing is running and using those files.
