Was approved for a warranty replacement on a RL2000, but SPC Cust. Ser.
nor any of the local stores have the phone. I purchased two of these
phones 9 months ago and invested $200 in access.

Has anyone received this phone from Sprint? I know that phones change
quick, but this one only came on the market 10 months ago.
