None of these are really useful because the bands on them are all too
wide. What are you trying to measure here? Odds are you can probably
do better with a sweep tone and your ears than you can with a typical
third-octave analyzer for acoustical stuff.
There are some narrowband analyzers for a little more than your budget,
though. Neutrik makes a really nice one that is a follow-on to the
Minilyzer but does a real FFT. And you can always use a laptop with
SpectraFOO.

It depends on the application, but the Phonic analyzers are pretty
cool. The PAA-3 has a set of functions that are tailored to live sound
work while the PAA-2 is better suited for lab work.
