WIFI Network Adapter

Hello,

I recently had to totally format and reinstall Windows 7 from my Acer Aspire V3-571 as it contained very persistent viruses. I did this through a USB flash drive, as I didn't have original disc etc.

Now i have reinstalled Windows, nearly everything is working fine , accept one big problem. My Wifi won't connect and originally told me the error was a missing Network Driver ,so i went to Acer's website and installed the Network driver. It installed fine and i cant see the Network Driver listed in my Device manager . And still it's not allowing me to connect to WiFi.

Any help? This problem is driving me crazy

Do you mean that you CAN see the wireless driver in the device manager, or you can't? And are you sure that it is the wireless driver and not the LAN driver that you installed?
