Running a XP2400+,Asus A7V266-C on KT266A with Radeon9500Pro;512 ddram pc2100.
Would i see any improvements in games if I switch to a 333 mobo(not fancy, smth easy) and 333 ram? Same CPU, same videocard.

some, more performance would be found if the CPU, memory & board were all 333fsb...

Hmmm, wonder if I can get a valid page fault ???
these invalid ones are far too commonplace...

well there would certainly be overclocking potential with such an upgrade... but I think you would see more performance boost if you kept your current setup and upgraded your cpu...

To err is human... to really screw things up you need a computer!

allright
i just made up my mind.I will upgrade the cpu only.I will go for an 2200+ or an 2400+.
Too much upgrade to switch to 333..mobo..cpu..ram...and 2400+ , 512 ddram ,radeon 9500 pro and rock stable asus mobo is more than enough , even for a gamer(maybe a 9700pro, otherwise thats it).
