Enable TV-out in TNT2 Ultra

I have a fairly decent system (P4/2.4 & Asus P4S533) with an older Creative TNT2 Ultra card (AGP 2x or 4x, can't remember, 32mb) which has TV out via s-video. I've done my best to enable the TV-out feature to no avail. Creative's drivers & software do not work well on Win2k so I am using the Nvidia drivers. TVTool says it is enabled, no luck.

Any ideas?

i was ruuning RivaTNT2ultra(32 mb, agp2x).
And it works well with the Nvidia drivers.I just plugged the cable in the back, then into the TV(tv in)...and when i switched from the settings, the monitor went blank and the image was ok on tv.cant have both on the same time...

If TV Tool says it's enabled...what happens when you try to change it to the TV?
