Good Morning,

I have a slight issue where my business nextwork running Access cannot connect to the warehouse across the street. Can someone help me resolve this? Do I just need a higher gain (ranged) device? Im kind of lost.

First option if you can get it is to run ethernet or fiber across the street.

To connect remote buildings to a network you best option is a outdoor wireless bridge. There are many on the market. As of today (tech changes fast) I like the product from ubiquiti called AirGrid. These are direction grid antenna with the electronics built into the antenna. They can be bridges or normal clients and maybe more there are lots of features I didn't bother to read. They say they will go huge distance but I have never used them beyond about 500ft so I can't say. The main reason I use them is they are simple to setup and only $60 per device.

Pretty much you run ethernet cable outside and point the devices at each other. You then attack the other end of the corresponding ethernet cables to the network inside the buildings and the are connected.
