I went on Sanyo's website the other day and viewed their flash demo. In
there they talk about programmable multicolor LEDs. I looked throught the
manual I downloaded from their site and it explains nothing about this in
there so I emailed them. They told me to call Sprint. Well, Sprint knows
nothing about what I'm talking about so now I ask you guys. Does anyone know
how to do this on the phone? Or, is this some sort of false advertising and
is not a real feature on the phone at all. I looked through the phone's
menus and I can't see anywhere to change this thing and it's not in the
manual.

Hmm... I had to trick the web site into letting me see the
RL2000, and the flash demo refused to load at all. Are you
sure it was the RL2000 you were looking at? Blue candy-bar
phone with rubberized edging to it?

I didn't have to trick the site, I just looked for previous models and it
was listed there.
