Does anyone know if this turn-based games is just going to be
multi-player or will it have a computer ai?

Land of Legends will have three different options: mult-player via the
internet (which will include a game matching/chat service), campaign
mode and skirmish mode. In skirmish mode you will be able to play
player-vs-player (via the same computer) or player-vs-AI in the
standard multi-player mode.
