You mean forwarding a call if you don't answer? No. That's not
available.

When did it go away? It's never been available by default, but you used to
be able to call Customer Care and "trade in" your Voicemail for the
capability. After that, it was the usual *71/*73 activation codes for Call
Forward Busy/No Answer.

I'm not sure when it stopped. When I went for new hire training, I was
trained that it was no longer available, and that's all they said about
it.
