How to move the contact list into the address book w7

I copied my address list from my XP PC to a flash drive and loaded it onto my new W7 PC.
How can I get this contact list to my address book?

I do not see such an option.
Another problem is the contact list, it is not in alphabetical order.
It would be great to have the "Contact" listing on the page where I write my e-mail.
How can I get it there?

My Inetrnet Service Provider is Thunderbird on the new PC.
The old was Outlook Express

I finally managed to copy the address list from the flash drive to the W7 address list.
It works.
