the geil should run at its rated speeds, but not overclock past them very well at all. this is what i've heard and what my friends' experiences have been. be aware, as well, that you may have to raise the voltage to 2.7V, for instance, to run the ram at its rated speed

Just remember that the chipset doesn't seem to like the Cas2 setting, but beets most boards even when set to Cas2.5.

actually i saw a review that got the geil 433mhz to 466, so i don't think they have any overclocking problems.
