Quiet but decent hdd

I'm looking to replace my Maxtor d740-6l 40gb hard drive with a new 60gb one, which should be quieter. In fact, the only thing in my current system making a lot of noise is the hard drive. So I guess im looking for a new one, 60-80gb, 7200rpms, Ata 100/133 interface (not serial ata), but quiet and reliable.

Instead of Rdram, why not just merge 4 Sdram channels...
