So I can't spell amoeba but you get my point.
This is out of frustration dealing with sprint customer service, over
the phone and at the sprint store for the last 8 years. If you are a
sprint customer and don't know what i'm talking about, then either you
are not used to good service or is too simple minded to know the
difference.

I think you need to work on your grammar as well... ;-)
And you should have responded to the response to your original post rather
than to your post. Makes it a bit confusing to follow the thread if you're
responding to yourself... ;-)
In any case, I've owned a VM4050 since early May and have noticed more
dropped calls in the past couple of months. I live in Seattle and haven't
moved recently, so that's not it. However, it's not yet so bad that I need
to change phones or carriers, and I suspect that if I did so I'd simply be
trading off one set of problems for another. No technology is perfect, or
could ever be so, and I'm reasonably content with Sprint's coverage and the
signal strength on my phone so far.
Also, the quality of my calls is fairly good most of the time, and usually
drops off just before calls are dropped, so the two are clearly linked. As
all cell phone users know, there are trouble spots for every carrier and
phone combination.
How bad are your reception problems, and what is their specific nature?
