Info Needed on Refurbishing AKG 412

We have an old-timer that needs some TLC. It's the silver one, Model
C412. The capsule has a brass mounting ring. The silver plastic band
that holds the windscreen is broken on one side. It functions, but
sounds bad.

2 Questions:

1. Is it worth fixing?

2. Who should we have do the work?
