Right click windows explorer win 7 long time

When I right click anywhere in windows explorer, it stays on the clock for several minutes before displaying the sub menu. When I right click on the desktop it also stays on the clock a couple minutes.

i had this problem not on desktop but when i right-click on any file it takes long time
i want to re-install windows again
but when i uninstalled "iobit unlocker"
every thing worked fine again
